These terms govern your use of wysiwyg.phookit.co.uk (the "site"), operated by phookit. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Using the site
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or scan the site, introduce malicious code, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with other users.
- We may suspend or withdraw the site at any time without notice.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account.
- Registration requires a working email address, which we verify. Accounts with unverified addresses may be removed after 7 days.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you post (comments, reactions, images, descriptions). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it on the site and in feeds, previews and backups, for as long as it remains on the site. You promise that:
- you own it or have permission to post it, including any people or artwork shown in images;
- it is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or infringing anyone's rights;
- it does not contain other people's personal data without their consent.
We may remove content at our discretion and act on complaints. To report content, email hello@phookit.co.uk. We follow a notice-and-takedown process for copyright complaints.
4. Our content
Unless stated otherwise, text, code and images we publish are © 2026 phookit. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Code samples are provided under the licence stated alongside them; if none is stated, treat them as MIT licensed.
5. Adverts and links
Third-party adverts and links are not endorsements. We are not responsible for external sites or products advertised.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is" for general information. We do not guarantee it is accurate, complete or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
